Businesses practicing physical distance - keeping safe By Kelly Johnson The Observer The new normal these days, due to the COVID-19 pandemic is something we all have to adjust to. Local businesses and communities are co-operating in whatever way they can to keep people safe and supplied with the necessary needs for day-to-day life. Each business presents a different challenge to each owner based on products, space in the business and the recommended guidelines put out by the provincial government. Please note that as of last Wednesday, March 25, the Saskatchewan Government has reduced the number of people to congregate in a location from no more than groups of 25 to no more than groups of 10. Also of note, is the phrase “social distancing” is now being referred to as “physical distancing”, which means to keep two metres (or six feet) between yourself and others. Again it is up to each individual to check all relative information as noted above as the situation can change suddenly as the reality of the pandemic is changing by the day.
