Trader Application Form for Street Carnival on Saturday 30th May, Sunday 31st May & Monday 1st June 2015 Carlow Arts Festival extends an invitation for applicants to add to the richness of a vibrant street carnival to be held in Carlow town over the June bank holiday weekend. Arts, crafts and artisan food suppliers are encouraged to apply. Each application will be accessed on its own merit under the following selection criteria; quality of products, visual presentation, diversity, uniqueness of offering. Successful applicants are entitled to one permit for one street trading pitch. The cost of this three day permit is €400. You must supply your own power source if needed and all
