Context:
The Silesian Museum, based in Katowice and immersed in the city's cultural zone, covers an area of 2.7 hectares on the post-industrial site of the former Katowice mine.
The complexity of the terrain and its architecture, the non-intuitive and outdated information and the constant changes in the dynamics of the institution, are just some of the reasons why visitors easily get lost in the outdoor area of the museum.
Objectives:
1. To support orientation and navigation.
2. To help visitors to find the main entrance.
3. To highlight the barrier-free paths.
4. To present the history of the area.
The project considers the needs, desires and challenges of visually and hearing impaired, wheelchair users, locals, foreigners and families.
Multisensory strategy to support visitor navigation and promote accessibility in the outdoor area of the Silesian Museum

Inclusive experiences:
History: The Canal in time
Water & biodiversity: In a Panama forest Canal operation: From the ship's bridge
Main inclusive actions:
Training of personnel for the care of the disabled
Interactive UX and simple UI with audio description mode.
Signage and information in braille, spanish and english.
From the ship's bridge
Interactive experience with the aim of explaining the course and required actions to navigate through the Panama Canal.
