The act of Mother Earth recovering her space through an architectural object is a very peculiar scene and also important in the environment where we are located. It is crucial for this chapel to endure through the years to come. This location, where limits blur thanks to tall vertical elements such as 8-meter pine trees and the silence of nature, has not yet been settled by humans. The need for this new element to adapt on its own is necessary.
With this project, the topography will help the element rise while being buried within it, simulating a cave, much like any other type of rock formation that will serve as a shelter, a place for meditation, and a connection with a superior force. Taking a trip through the past, it evokes the mystery and atmosphere that our ancestors experienced when their gods were venerated in caves.
Longing for geometrical composition, the structure rises 15.7 meters high, uncovering one facade, while the other three remain partly buried, providing a full view of what is to come—a new world and the forest in front of us. With a width of 9.7 meters, the principal facade will be perceived with a divine proportion, alluding to the perfect proportion that nature brings to everything it creates.

For this project, the task was to remodel the flower market located in the San Angel neighborhood.
The premise arose from the question of how these flower stalls can continue to be part of the urban landscape without physically invading it as they do now, while also offering a new public space.
We focused on maintaining the same number of 28 stalls and managed to expand them, providing 12m² for sales and a 6m² storage area, resulting in a total space of 18m² per stall. We decided to intervene in the rear part of the site by connecting one of the avenues with a new closed street that would serve as a loading bay for the vendors. The new space would feature a new frontage that would act as a new corridor and public plaza.
The design of the modules was based on the needs of the users and the products being sold. It became clear that ventilation, humidity control, and controlled sunlight were of utmost importance. Additionally, since we were located in a historical area, we needed to adapt to a color palette representative of the zone. We achieved this through the use of construction materials such as brick, black steel, and concrete, which also helped us achieve our goals in terms of comfort and bioclimatic performance.

For this project, a study showed that people in the neighbourhood were looking for a more affordable way of living and smaller spaces due to high rents in neighborhoods close by and that many millenials dont want to have kids.
On the site located at Maestro Antonio Caso 110, in response to the existing demand in the area, a real estate project will be developed consisting of minimum housing apartments (6 apartments of 35m², 2 of 60m², and 1 of 80m²), with groundfloor destined for local commercial use on the ground floor (120m² that can be devided) and an interior public courtyard that serves as a conection with the streets and its planned to give more life and interaction between people, forming community. The project will restore the facade, which has been listed by INBA (National Institute of Fine Arts) since 1982, giving it another life. Dry gardens in the central patio will bring nature into the proyect while green limits on the top floors will help clean air flow throw the building. ts orientation will allow cross ventilation, natural light through out the hole day, saving energy and decreasing fossil fuel use. It’ll have rainwater captation that will allow the administration to take care of the green spaces in the building.
The building, known as the Gregorie de Wollant Building, formerly housed historical figures and artists such as Renato Leduc and Leonora Carrington in the 1940s. The author of this building is unknown, but it dates back to the early 20th century and features a French Baroque style, common during the Porfirio Díaz era.
