3 – Click in the Rate link, right in front of the buyer’s username, which will take you to the next page; 4 – In the Rate User page, you will be asked to fill in all the required fields, namely Rating and Comment; Þ Rating field – You are asked to rate the other party from 1 (Very Poor) to 10 (Excellent).
