If your land is titled, we will start building within 12 weeks from signing your contract. If your land is untitled, we will start building within 12 weeks from land titles, contracts must be signed prior to land titles. The time frame is subject to you meeting all your obligations and no delays occurring with the developer approvals, building approvals, water authority approvals or delays caused by other third parties. Christmas shutdown period will add 4 weeks to the process.

What is ?

Hebel is a high-performance building product made in Australia from Autoclaved Aerated Concrete.

It comes in panels that are fixed to the house frame and then rendered in a 2 or 3 coat finish.
