We have crafted our meals to the point of perfection, so we ask you to follow our simple, easy-to-follow reheating instructions to serve your guests with a delicious, home cooked meal from our kitchen to yours!

Remove item(s) from refridgeration. Preheat your oven to the indicated temperature. Ensure any dish in a plastic container is placed in an oven safe vessel. Heat to time instructed below or desired temperature. Enjoy! *Due to the variance in home ovens, cooking times may differ. Be sure to check for preferred doneness.

ALL NATURAL SOUPS Transfer soup into a saucepan over medium heat. Stir intermittently for approximately 15 minutes, or until heated through. . HORS D’OEUVRES Preheat the oven to 350°F. Heat for 10–15 minutes, or until hot.

MEAT ENTRÉES Whole Herb Roasted Turkey Remove all plastic wrap. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Be sure to pull the turkey out of refrigeration for approximately 30 minutes to remove the chill. Cover with foil and heat for 1 hour. Remove foil and brown exterior for 15–20 minutes. *To insure proper handling, be sure to check internal temperature at the thickest part of the thigh for a reading of 165°F. Boneless Turkey Breast (Stuffed)*Remove all plastic wrap Remove all plastic wrap. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Be sure to pull the turkey breast out of refrigeration for approximately 30 minutes to remove the chill. Cover with foil and heat for 45–50 minutes. Remove foil and brown exterior for 15–20 minutes. If heating without the gravy, heat the turkey for approximately 30 minutes. Transfer the turkey gravy to a saucepan and heat over medium low heat for approximately 8–10 minutes, or until heated through. Stir frequently. *To insure proper handling, be sure to check internal temperature at the thickest part of the thigh for a reading of 165°F. Spiral Ham Remove all plastic wrap. Pour glaze over the entire ham. Cover with foil. Bake in a preheated 325° F oven for 10–14 minutes per pound, or until a meat thermometer registers 140° F. Remove from the oven and let sit for 10 minutes before serving. Roasted Filet of Beef Tenderloin is cooked rare. Take out of refrigeration for 30 minutes. If rare is desired, serve cold, slice thin (1/4”) with horseradish cream and heated au jus. If a greater doneness is desired, preheat the oven to 350°F, remove the aluminum lid and cover with foil. Heat for approximately 15–20 minutes for medium doneness. Slice and serve with horseradish cream and warmed jus.
