Police staying fit Kagiso Segone The Carletonville SAPS held an opening fitness programme for the station at 007. The programme was directed by the human resources department of Krugersdorp and the station training officer, Sgt Nomakhosazana Marham. The event was a huge success and the shift
members attended in great numbers. In addition to helping to keep members fit, it also served as a morale booster for the team members. According to the Carletonville SAPS communications officer, WO Peter Masooa, the participants thoroughly enjoyed competing against each other.
The SAPS fitness team are ready to roll.

Big achievement at Little Miss World Kagiso Segone A 7-year-old learner of Danie Theron Primary School in Carletonville has come back from Greece wearing the 2nd princess crown of the Mini Miss World Pageant 2016. Tebello Masilo has been doing modelling for three years and has been taking dancing lessons for a year. She was crowned petite Mini Miss RSA in 2015 and went on to represent South Africa at the Mini Miss World 2016. She participated in the international event from 24 September to 1 October.
