The project creates optimal and pleasant living spaces for a multi-family building. The volumetry is designed with a semi-circular axis that distributes space to different buildings, resulting in an enveloping shape towards the private area and a front towards the public area.
The land of the project consists of an area of: 15579.32m2 with retreats: 6m from the front and 10m from the side retreat

INTERVENTION OF THE GENARO MENDEZ BUS
TERMINAL
The project aimed to modernize the Genaro Mendéz bus terminal to accommodate the area's current dynamics. Our design includes an integrated complex that adds offices, an express hotel, and a shopping center connected to the sector by an elevated linear park.
MACRO PROPOSAL
The terminal as a belt of unification.
CONCEPT
Integrate contrasting architectural, urban, and visual elements to break the social routine and malfunctioning of the sector.

design that meets comfort needs. Thermal quality, low cost, flexibility and growth make this project progressive over time
PROPOSAL
The proposal is made up of 56 family homes,parking lots with 76 parking spaces and 20 parking spaces for visitors., the outside boundaries were used as recreational areas with gardens and playgrounds

the owners of the second floor apartments have the possibility of further develop their apartments through the construction of a third floor, which would allow them to add three more room and two bathrooms to their existing floor plan.

The central point of stairs and/or garden also helps to individualize functions.

In this case, a 1-story apartment is sold with the possibility of expanding to a second floor, thus leaving a duplex with more space, rooms and amenities.
