ith the removal of the travel restrictions for Americans wanting to travel to Cuba there be a rush to discover the charm of the once forbidden island. Cuba, to many, will be seen as a land and a people trapped in a time warp for decades; from the classic vintage American cars that were imported before the trade embargo, to the buildings that have stood the test of time and maintain the true character of the old classic Cuba. Havana is divided between new and old by the stately boulevard that runs past El Capitolio. The El Capitolio was actually constructed to be an almost exact replica of the Washington Capital.
