Carel Marso is an artist who lives and works independently in Beirut. Her practice encompasses the fields of interior architecture, graphic design and product design. Carel holds a Bachelor’s degree in interior architecture from the Academie Libanaise Des Beaux Arts. After completing her degree, she delved more into the world of graphic design and the creation of contemporary modern living spaces.
The key element in Carel’s works is the colorful set of illustrations that adds value and brings a different identity to each project.

Introducing colorful illustrations into my architectural works adds value and brings a different identity to each project.
At an early design stage Strathaus wanted to create a toy for children made from natural wood, evoking a sense of warmth. A set of toy that encourages the child to role play.

A complete storyboard with an illustration style that went along with the brand identity, a rich visual as a concept explanation.
Research and illustrate a series of three toys following the philosophy of the early child devolpment.
