Each Cardinal Community is assigned to an Operations Team (”Ops Team”). The APM, PSM and PA work as a dedicated team on their specific communities only.

Operating Cells are identified by two distinguishing numbers 1st number: Ops Cell Number (The Portfolio Manager overseeing the Ops Team) 2nd number: Group Number (The Vice President leading the Ops Teams) If you hear "Team 2.1" that means you are in Team 2 and Group 1 If you hear "Cell 1.2" that means you are in Team 1 and Group 2
