The expansion of the Elderly home for retired teachers projected by Soto de Moura is the starting point.

The main goal is to create a unified project that consists of several individual housing modules, that connect themselves with each other and with the existing infrastructure through amplious, public, open spaces. The generation of common spaces aims to serve both the existing project and the proposal building. for this reason, a network of conections is created, which enables residents to move around the complex with total mobility independence.

The creation of a multipurpose hall allows every resident to put a personal touch to the space, by organizing painting workshops, piano classes and other activities.

La sala polivalente cuenta con un falso techo de pladur fon, que ayuda a la insonorización. Así, se podrían celebrar proyecciones,proyecciones, recirecitales y actividades de ocio

Existen tres tipos distintos de e pavimento en la intervención. La ntrada cuenta con un entablado de mademadera, el paseo lineal, piedra colocada en espina pez y por último, un acabado a piedra geométrico. Ambas cuentan con piezas de colores. Alzado principal de la propuesta 1/200
