The Music Room Great for: Presentations and large lectures, client dinners, appreciation luncheons, cocktails, holiday parties The Music Room, featuring ornate architecture and artwork from as far back as the 16th century and is a special space for events year-round. Whether you’re looking for a grand stage for a memorable presentation or hosting a delicious dinner for clients, The Music Room will make a lasting impression on your guests. Our exclusive caterers’ creative menus and gracious service will enhance any celebration, big or small.

Capacity: 120 for dinner, 150 for cocktails, 180 theater seating

Diane Moss Education Center Great for: Small lectures and presentations, retreats, meetings, and small parties The Education Center is a versatile space that can help you and your employees feel refocused and revitalized any time of year. Groups have access to a small kitchen, projector and screen, and Wi-Fi. Additionally, there are breakout rooms for team-building exercises and group work.

Capacity: 40 for table seating, 80 for theater-style seating

Formal Dining Room Great for: Client dinners, appreciation luncheons, pre/post-concert receptions For those looking for an exquisitely unique space, the Formal Dining Room is filled with treasures from around the world and makes any event an elegant affair.

Treat your guests to a dinner or reception preceding or following a scheduled concert to create an entertaining night of music, wine, and delicious food.

Capacity: 50 for dinner, 75 for cocktails

Spanish Courtyard Great for: Cocktail receptions, private teas A charming and intimate outdoor space, the Spanish Courtyard boasts gardens, cloisters, and a permanent stage.

In spring, summer, or fall, host a lovely private tea with finger sandwiches, scones, and desserts. Add this space for cocktails before a dinner inside the Rosen House.

Capacity: 250 for cocktails, 400 for theater-style seating

Pavilion & Tent Great for: Pre-concert cocktails, dinners, outdoor picnics Spring through fall, gaze upon the Butterfly Garden from the Brunelleschi-inspired Pavilion as you enjoy cocktails, dinner, or a picnic. The adjacent tent provides additional capacity. For even more space, our Venetian Theater is available for galas and other grand events.
