OWWA Caraga scholar graduates, now Licensed Professional Teachers BUTUAN CITY - Twelve graduate scholars under the Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) Dependents Scholarship Program (ODSP) of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) – Regional Welfare Office Caraga took their oath as Licensed Professional Teachers on February 2, 2020 at the Limketkai Center, Cagayan de Oro City. They were among the 83,152 passers of the September 2019 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET).
