CPC (Common Proficiency Course) entrance level replaced with the CA Foundation course making it little more challengeable for students by Institute of Chartered Accountants.



Students can take admission for CA foundation course after 12th Exam. You can get register for the entrance exam CA Foundation after appearing in the 12th examination and will be eligible to sit in the Foundation examination after passing 12th examination constituted by law or recognized by Central Government and undergone through the study period of four months.

CA Foundation course includes four subjects. The two papers are subjective and two papers are objective.

Objective paper comprises Business Logical Reasoning, Mathematics and Statistics. There is negative marking in the objective paper type. For every wrong answers one fourth marks will get deducted and correct answer can give you 1 mark for each.

Students have to get 40% Marks in individual subject and 50% in of all the subjects to crack this exam. So if you want to crack this exam and get entry into this Professional CA course you will need to achieve 40% marks.

For students after 12th Commerce with Maths can get benefit of studying Maths in their secondary classes to crack this entrance level.
