Mr. Ajay has been appointed as a Manager to handle the overall functioning of the business. The company doesn’t use modern day technology in the departments. Some observations made by Ajay are: a) The company uses register for employee attendance. b) The company has a manual process of writing entry in the books of accounts. c) The leaves are applied on paper which has a lengthy process of approval. d) All the orders are sent through hard copies to the suppliers. e) The inventory management is not practiced effectively due to the lack of usage of technology.
