cmarceneaux@theadvocate.com LIVINGSTON — The first Cajun Country Jam at the Livingston Parish Fairgrounds this Fourth of July will give eventgoers a chance to meet the stars of several television shows that were popular decades ago, along with legends of country music. “It is expected to be the biggest

event in Livingston Parish history,” organizer Scott Innes said. Organizers expect 30,000 to 40,000 people to attend, Innes said, including some flying in from England and other parts of the world to see the Dukes (of Hazzard, of course) and other TV stars. In addition to the “Dukes of Hazzard” cast, those attending the event include Barbara

Eden, who played Jeannie on “I Dream of Jeannie”; Dawn Wells, who played Mary Ann Summers on “Gilligan’s Island”; and Larry Wilcox, who played Officer Jonathan “Jon” Baker on “CHiPS.” In addition to the TV stars, country music legends Tracy Lawrence and Mark Chesnutt will take the stage. Other bands with scheduled appearances include the Chee-Weez, LeRoux
