Cape Cod 5 Quick Start Guide 1. ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT ENROLLING IN ONLINE AND MOBILE BANKING

CAPE COD 5 VISA® DEBIT CARD

To enjoy the benefits of Cape Cod 5’s Online and Mobile Banking, you’ll first need to be enrolled. You can complete this process on your own using a computer or mobile device, or you can ask us for assistance in one of our Banking Centers or through our Customer Service Center at 888-2254636.

Your debit card is activated and ready for use anywhere Visa® is accepted and at ATMs worldwide. To request a debit card, please call our Customer Service Center at 888-225-4636. See page 4 for more details.

Call 888-333-0555 with your account number and authentication information to access your account via Telephone Banking.

Already enrolled in Online or Mobile Banking? Simply complete a first-time login process when accessing the upgraded systems for the first time. You will automatically see your new account(s) in the Dashboard once signed in. www.capecodfive. com/logging-first-time

PAYMENTS

Direct Deposits — Set up your recurring deposits (paychecks, pension and Social Security payments, etc.) to be credited directly to your account. You can find a form to give to your employer for payroll checks at capecodfive.com/ welcome.

Bill Pay — Once you have signed into Online Banking, click on the Payments tab to send payments to businesses and people. It’s secure, and there is no charge for this service. See page 3 for more details.

Mobile Deposits — Deposit checks from your mobile device using Cape Cod 5’s mobile app. See page 3. Banking Centers — Visit one of our convenient Banking Centers. See back cover or capecodfive. com/locations. ATM Deposits — Deposit cash or checks at one of Cape Cod 5’s convenient ATM locations, which can be found on the back cover or at capecodfive.com/locations.

Debit Card — Make purchases wherever Visa® is accepted and withdraw cash from ATMs worldwide. Use Apple Pay®, Google Pay™ and Samsung Pay® to make purchases in-store or in-app with your compatible device. See page 4 for more details. Electronic Payments — Provide routing and account numbers to any businesses with whom you have recurring electronic payments.

Payments is a feature that allows you to securely pay companies or people directly through the Bill Pay service without writing checks or sending cash.

Electronic Statements ("eStatements") are a secure, convenient and environmentally friendly alternative to receiving paper statements each month.

Using Cape Cod 5's Mobile Banking app with remote deposit, you can deposit checks from anywhere, anytime using your mobile device.

Rearrange the Dashboard

My Budget

Create a budget for your needs, monitor spending habits, link accounts from other financial institutions and more with Cape Cod 5's My Budget tool.

Transfer Funds

Moving money is easy with Cape Cod 5's Online and Mobile Banking Transfers function. Transfer funds between Cape Cod 5 accounts and to or from accounts at other banks.

Card Management

Lock or unlock your debit and ATM card(s) on-thego, set travel notices, and set up alerts to monitor account transactions with Cape Cod 5's Card Management tool.

Manage Profiles and Sign Out

Once you're done using Online or Mobile Banking, it's important for you to end your session for security purposes by signing out.


Debit Card and ATMs MAKING PURCHASES WITH YOUR VISA® DEBIT CARD Use your debit card to make purchases wherever Visa® is accepted.

WITHDRAWING CASH Use your card to withdraw cash at ATMs worldwide. Non-Cape Cod 5 ATM usage may be subject to a transaction fee. Other banks may also impose their own charges. Premier5 and PrimaryPlus account customers pay no ATM fees.

SURCHARGE-FREE ATMS Use your card at thousands of SUM® program ATMs nationwide with no surcharge by the ATM operator. For additional information and to find a SUM® program ATM, visit sum-atm.com.

USING APPLE PAY®, GOOGLE PAY™ & SAMSUNG PAY® With your Cape Cod 5 Debit Card connected to Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay, shopping in person or online is easy and secure. Use your phone or other supported mobile device to make purchases at grocery stores, restaurants, hotels — anywhere mobile payments are accepted. And because your card details are never shared when you use Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay — they are not stored on your device at all — you get an additional level of security.

INTEGRATED DEBIT CARD CONTROLS & TRAVEL NOTICES Cape Cod 5 debit cards are chip-enabled for use at home and abroad. To help ensure use of your card while you travel internationally, before you depart please notify our Customer Service Center of your travel plans at 888-225-4636. Lock or unlock your debit and ATM card(s) onthe-go, set travel notices, and set up alerts to monitor account transactions for added security – all from within your Online or Mobile Banking account. See page 3 for more details.

DEBIT CARD FRAUD ALERTS At Cape Cod 5, protecting of your financial information is one of our top priorities. Cape Cod 5 has partnered with Jack Henry Card Processing Solutions, a national technology service provider for financial institutions, to provide 24/7 debit card fraud monitoring and prevention through the Fraud Center. Debit card fraud alerts will be sent via: •T ext message — The text message will ask you to verify transactions with the last four digits of your card. The text messages will never ask you to provide your debit card number, account number or other information and will be sent from short code number “96923.” • Email — You will be asked to click on a link either verifying the charges were authorized or were not authorized. Please use the links enclosed in the email and do not reply to the email directly. The email will note the Fraud Center phone number 800-237-8990. •P hone call — The automated call system will note that the call is on behalf of Cape Cod 5 and will include the last four digits of your debit card. The system will ask you to verify the zip code for your billing address (which is the address the Bank has on file for your account). It will then ask you if a charge is authorized by you. The call will be from the Fraud Center phone number 800-237-8990. You will never be asked to provide your full account number, Social Security number, Online or Mobile Banking password or other sensitive information. If you ever suspect you are receiving a fraudulent message, contact our Customer Service Center immediately at 888-225-4636. IMPORTANT — When you are contacted by the

Fraud Center by text message, email or phone call, please respond at your earliest convenience. If we cannot reach you to confirm that suspicious activity is legitimate, a transaction may be declined or your card may be temporarily blocked.

Tools to Help Avoid Overdrafts LINK TO A SAVINGS OR MONEY MARKET ACCOUNT (Personal and business accounts)

When you link a savings or money market deposit account to your checking account, the Bank will automatically transfer funds from your savings or money market account to your checking account when your checking account has a negative balance. It’s called the Overdraft Transfer Service and costs $5 per day that this transfer service is utilized. Money is transferred from your savings or money market account in increments of $25 until the balance in the checking account is above $0. The Overdraft Transfer Service fee does not apply to Premier5 Banking accounts.

LINK TO A LINE OF CREDIT (Personal accounts only)

You can borrow money from the Bank if you overdraw your account to ensure your checking balance stays positive. With an Overdraft Protection Line of Credit, you pay interest instead of a transfer fee. There is an application process for this loan. If you are approved, when your checking account has a negative balance, money is automatically transferred from the overdraft line of credit in increments of $50 until the balance in the checking account is above $0 or until the credit limit is reached. Since this is a loan, you will be charged interest and must make monthly payments on the outstanding balance.

KNOW YOUR BALANCE (Personal and business accounts)

Sometimes avoiding overdrafts is as easy as knowing your account balance. Cape Cod 5 has several ways to monitor your balance. As you review your balance, remember bill payments and automated payment deductions you have set up, checks you have written and any other debits that might not have been subtracted yet from your account.

ONLINE AND MOBILE BANKING

Check balances and activity frequently through Online and Mobile Banking. Set up balance alerts or log in to get up-to-date information about your account.

TELEPHONE BANKING

Call 888-333-0555 to hear your account balances and review any recent transactions.
