Booking information and conditions of carriage.
Bookings for the Minibus services will open in the summer and all parents will be contacted once this is available.
• All bookings must be made via the parent portal (http://portal.canford.com)
Use your current login details and select the Canford transport booking form.
• Canford Minibus service run 6 days per week with a morning service only on Saturdays and on the last day of term.
The return journey on Saturday has not been included due to the variations in extra-curricular activities, also on the last day of term as many pupils with study aids and sports paraphernalia are picked up by parents.

Conditions of Service
1. Bookings are made annually at the beginning of the academic year and are subject to seat availability.
2. Single fares may be purchased on the booking portal, this is subject to availability on the service required. All fares are non-refundable once the purchase has been made.
3. We are unable to add additional stops to the services and only stop at the listed venues, if they are booked.
4. Luggage must be kept to a minimum. Any Large bags, that cannot be stowed under the seats will not be carried.
5. We will give consideration to individual route preferences which do not detrimentally impact on the schedules given.
6. Any route change/s will be subject to a trial period and operated on a concessionary basis.
7. The timetable will be subject to annual review and may necessitate the restructuring of fares, routes and times.
8. Parents/pupils should be at their stop a few minutes before the departure time stated on the route.
9. The school reserves the right to withdraw/amend a route with appropriate notice.
10. The school reserves the right to withdraw transport on the grounds of pupil behaviour which impacts upon the safety of the service.
11. Seat belts to be worn at all times
12. No Hot food, hot beverages or glass bottles are permitted on the minibus.
