Different Kinds of Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment summarizes a complete visit at the site while recording a full review of the property and its nearby area. It done mainly to determine whether there is any need for a further investigation to fully understand the accountability risks that could be related to that exact property. An organized approach to classify these environmental situations, an industry-standard can be set and continuously maintained across the board regardless of the area.
