SONGKHLA OLDTOWN START-UP APARTMENT 01

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Category: Apartment & Office

Site Area: 1,100 sq.m.

Term: 2020 I 4th Semester

Supervision: Prof. Supitcha Tovivich

This project is a small "combined residential building" for the main user group. Invest in creative business (Start-up) and the second group is students, designers. Our site is adjacent to Songkhla lake.

The main concept of the project will focus on the office zone. Which will determine the access of the function at the apartment and separate the office and apartment When you want to come to the office function the corridor will force you to walk down or up You can’t enter the same level immediately for force users to walk more. Before going to work to be active and turn the office function to face the lake.

NEW TANG-HUA-SENG SHOPPING MALL 02

The main objective is to create a shopping center that responds to customers and creates a good space. In addition to this business objective, this group of developers also focuses on creating a public area for the community.

The concept of this project is connecting context with green space by inserting nature alternately with both vertical and horizontal functions and creating interaction space and creating light channels.

RATTANAKOSIN PERFORMING ART & CONVENTION CENTER 03

This project aims to be an art and cultural center, exhibitions, and seminars in the old town area. By focusing on connecting with public areas can support a variety of activities both outside and inside the building as a rest area in the heart of Bangkok.

From the analysis of the project area and the surrounding context from the concept of this project. It is also a place to connect to the surrounding context.

Section shows the level reduction of about 1.2 meters to be a traffic circulation and service. And raise the ground floor to be the main circulation for regular people and people who come from MRT.

SILOM ICONIC MIXUSE BUILDING 04

The Silom Iconic project is located at the center of Bangkok, surrounded by a luxurious community and high-end offices. Silom is a most attractive area for investor and businessman including real estate.This project supports and elevate the quality of life for residents ,Combination of multiple functions in one site. Creating good visibility or creating an atmosphere for each other is important. But it must be based on the use of each function.

Physical and Surrounding Context

Separate three functions in each building that can screen users and have their own access. The tools subtract the building and insert creative space to be a view for other buildings such as the residential subtract by using grid system, office building have a gradation roof plan. This tools not only creating a view for each other but also order privacy by order.

GREEN ROOM PATTAYA HOSPITAL & HEALTH CENTER 05

Term: 2023 I 8th Semester

Supervision: Prof. Ruekdee Pothiwanakul

The project is a private hospital business group that want to build a health care center. Long-term recovery and recreational and exercise places. Body for the community with a location next to the sea. The atmosphere is suitable for vacationing and rehabilitation.The usable area consists of a standard 100-bed hospital.Long-term health and rehabilitation center with exercise areas, recreational activities, restaurants, and large gardens. The main concept is for healing users by environment.

Tools

This plan can show the intension that use the environment for healing users by use the canyon form that can We took advantage of this condition by bending the entire volume of the building, allowing the volume to stagger and gradually curve upwards not only on the top floors but over its entire height and length and Insert nature to make a view for users in every units and exposure to nature (views to the outside, gardens)

Add the walkway combine 2 building between surgery building and health care building (long-term recovery) that can be used for exercises area or relaxing area. In 2nd-7th floor designed to be single load corridor easy to management ang can see the view in every unit.
