RECOGNISED FOR OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENTS It was an award-winning night for the Spanline ACT team at the recent National Spanline Awards in Melbourne. With more than 30 other franchises from around Australia entered in the 2016 awards, the local business was the worthy recipient of eight prestigious awards, acknowledging their hard work, innovative designs and high standards of customer service. Franchise manager Frank Spagnolo said he was thrilled with the results from the awards night. “Our team has been working extremely hard to create custom designs and deliver first class customer service and it is testament to their dedication and commitment,” Frank said. “Spanline prides themselves on both their superior product and service and the ACT team is on a high after achieving such great results.” Design Awards were presented to Peter Dimock for his innovative designs in Glass and Screen Enclosures, and to Cameron Engel for his work with the Climatek® insulated roofing product. Peter Dimock, Cameron Engel and Scott Basman were each presented Sales Awards for their 24
impressive results, and Scott Basman also picked up the prestigious Slavko Award for Excellence in Communication and the provision of impeccable service. Canberra’s Frank Spagnolo was the recipient of the coveted Loyalty and Commitment Award for his continued dedication to the Spanline brand and his strong work ethic. The pinnacle of the night was when the Barrie Group (Spanline ACT, Spanline Albury Wodonga and Spanline Riverina) was awarded Franchise of the Year. This award is for the franchise that has consistently demonstrated excellence in all areas of the Spanline Franchise Code and shows an ongoing commitment and dedication to the areas of customer service, workmanship and performance standards. Spanline’s Managing Director, Tony Way, said it was a great result for the Spanline ACT team at the annual awards night. “The results are indicative of their commitment, service and craftsmanship and we look forward to seeing what the next twelve months will bring,” Tony said.
