Brendon Hollier is a co-founder of READY Construction and leads the business development and strategic growth efforts as well as serves in governance and management roles to ensure compliance in all company policies, contractual relationships and recruiting. Brendon has more than 17 years of experience in construction management and development services through his time at Palio Partners and Foremark, Ltd. Today, Brendon serves as managing director of Palio Partners, a firm that provides development and capital resources to restaurant and retail companies seeking new unit growth throughout the United States. Brendon is active in ICSC and recently completed a threeyear term as Texas Chair of ICSC Next Generation.
CLARK KNIPPERS
Clark Knippers is a co-founder of READY Construction and brings more than 30 years of experience working with restaurant and entertainment companies to grow their brands nationally, by overseeing their real estate, development and construction. Clark helped create READY to be a high-service, high-quality and relationship driven alternative to other general contractors. 22 years ago, Clark founded Foremark, Ltd. and serves as CEO today. Foremark provides national real estate and development services for growing restaurant, retail and entertainment companies. In his career in a private company plus the nine years he spent leading the corporate real estate team at Brinker International, Clark has been involved in more than 1,000 projects in 43 of the continental United States.

READY Construction is part of a collective of independent companies that includes Foremark Real Estate and Palio Partners that work cooperatively to provide strategic and technical services that are essential to expanding restaurant and entertainment brands and real estate developers.
