The corporation understands that making a false statement may result in the lease cancellation and may constitute criminal fraud. Properly care for his/her pet(s) at all times by providing adequate shelter, food, water, grooming, and by keeping all vaccinations and flea and tick treatments up-to-date; Perform regular housekeeping duties, including sweeping and vacuuming inside their apartment unit and cleaning up after their pet(s) in all common spaces; Report to the maintenance team without delay in the case of any damage to any part of the building or in the case of bodily waste accidents by their pet in common areas; Assume all responsibility and cost for any damages caused by their pet(s) towards the building, the apartment, other tenants and/or other pets; Return the apartment unit undamaged and in clean condition, free of odours or pests at the end of their tenancy, and if not, to pay for the restoration of the property to its original condition; Understand that they are solely responsible and liable for the behaviour and actions of their pet(s); Maintain a litter box if the Tenant is a cat owner.

Campus Ryan is a pet-friendly building with friendly pets. Pet aggression presenting a threat to people or other pets, or excessive noise or odours, will not be accepted. On such events, Campus Ryan, at its sole discretion, will send the Tenant a formal notice of unacceptable pet behaviour. After three (3) such notices, the Tenant will, within 30 days, permanently remove the pet from their dwelling. Should the Tenant not be able or willing to remove the pet, the Tenant hereby agrees that the Lease Agreement will be immediately terminated and the Tenant will vacate the apartment.
