This toolkit outlines opportunities for both Camp For All and YOU, its Partners, to maximize visibility and engagement by leveraging collective audiences and reach. Our cumulative stories and voices are powerful. We can’t wait to ensure, together, we ’ re elevating both!

MEET DONALD!

Donald serves as the Communications Manager at Camp For All, where he is not only charged with ensuring our Mission is spread far and wide, but that we are also doing an excellent job of raising awareness for your Camps and our partnerships with your organizations! Donald should be your main point of contact and is your direct line to sharing stories, working with us on media opportunities and/or collaborating with our team through digital efforts like our website, social media channels or email marketing.

Meet Like Minds WE ARE A MISSION-DRIVEN, PEOPLE-CENTERED PR AND MARKETING AGENCY
Our job is to create opportunities for broad exposure and increased awareness for Camp For All through meaningful, effective communications, including working with members of the media, cultivating partnerships and developing social media strategy.

OPPORTUNITIES

We work with media to share individual stories as they relate to various Camps or timely holidays (ie: Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month, World AIDS Day, etc.). Please reach out to the Like Minds team (or expect us to reach out to you!) with any compelling Camper, staff or volunteer stories in advance (2-6 weeks), so we can help get these stories in front of media!

Media Coverage: If your camp gets media attention, this is an excellent opportunity to share on social media!

Example: “Camp takes place each year at Camp For All in Burton, TX….. Because of its unmatched, barrier-free facility and contribution to camper tuition…...”

INCENTIVES & CROSS-PROMO

Camp For All takes every opportunity to provide media coverage to its Partners when possible by highlighting important stories and causes throughout the year and inviting Partners to participate in media interviews.

Send Camp For All your logo and it will be placed next to your Camp name and link back to your website Likewise, please consider adding our logo to your website!

INCENTIVES & CROSS-PROMOTION

Digital opportunities for cross-promotion include tagging Camp For All as both a location and organization on social media, including Camp For All in your camp blog posts or features on your website. Camp For All makes sure to always include Camp names and Partners when talking about specific weeks or campers on emails, websites and newsletters.

Camp For All hosts various events throughout the year to raise funds for campers and facilities. In 2024, we will be hosting our annual Over The Edge event and would love Partner support in this day of family fun!
