Since2006,wehaveinvestedinupgradestoKiniya’sfacilities,rightfully prioritizinginfrastructurefirst,campercabinssecond,andmajorbuildings third.Finally,weturnourfocustostaffhousing.Aftermonthsofplanning,the KiniyaStaffHousingProjectisunderway,withtheacquisitionofastaffhouse andtheconstructionofthefirstoffivecabinscompletedintimeforsummer 2023!Thisinitiativeinimprovingandexpandingstaffhousingisacriticalpart ofacomprehensivestrategythatwillmeetKiniya’slong-termrecruiting needs Joinusintakingthissignificantstepforward.

LocatedonKiniya’suppercampuslevel,newstaff cabinswillmakeitpossibleforKiniyatoattractand retainaseniorteamofprofessionals.These individualswillcontinuetoaddleadership,depth, continuity,andamorematureperspectivetoour programsandoperations.Oncecompleted,thefive cabinswillcompleteourStaffVillage.

Additionally,theacquisitionofahouseon CampKiniyaRoadduringFall2022moved usastepclosertomeetingourlong-term housingneeds.Wewereabletotake advantageofarareopportunityto purchasethissingle-familyhomewithin walkingdistanceKiniya’smaincampus.
ThecompleteKiniyaStaffHousingProjectrepresentsa$1Minvestmentin facilitiesandinfrastructure.Thisexcitingprojecthasbecomeareality withthesupportoffaithfulfriendswhoknowthevalueofattractingand retaininghigh-caliberstaff.

Followinganextensivearcheologicalsurvey, andpermittingprocess,theentire infrastructureoftheStaffVillagehasbeen completed.Thefirstcabinwasfunded, constructedandoccupiedbysummer2023. Asecondcabinhasbeenpledgedandis anticipatedtobeinplaceforsummer2024. Fundingopportunitiesfor threeremaining cabinsareavailable
