Flat suction pads (round) Series VTCF The flat suction pads Series VTCF have a very robust and wear resistant design and consist of a nipple and rubber part. On suction pads with diameter up to 50 mm, the nipples are inserted directly into the rubber part. From diameter 60 mm and up, a mounting plate is vulkanised into the rubber part to which the nipple should be mounted. The suction pads can also be ordered separately without nipples as spare parts. The suction pads Series VTCF are generally used for handling of objects with smooth or slightly curved surfaces such as sheets of different materials, extruded profiles, cardboard boxes, plastic components, wood panels etc. Applications -Handling of flat parts with smooth or slightly rough surfaces -Version in silicone for the handling of parts at high temperatures.
Advantages Wide range of diameters, all available in materials NBR or Silicone. Low profile, with reduced intrinsic volume which enables short cycle times and/or the use of smaller vacuum generators.
Compact design for good resistance towards transversal forces at high accelerations, thus suitable for applications with fast movements. Supports on the bottom of the suction pad which reduce the risk for permanent deformation of thin-walled objects.
