When Amazon launched their first Kindle e-reader in 2007, it changed the game. Their 2008 purchase of the company Audible further cemented them as a leader in the bookselling industry by making reading more convenient and accessible through their products and services.

The Lawton Public Library, for example, offers access to apps to check out e-books, audiobooks, movies, magazines, and more. A library card also provides free access to software for language learning, online tutoring and job resources.

What else can we do other than meditation and deep breathing to help us deal with stress? We can exercise. As many of you likely know, exercise can stimulate the production of a chemical called endorphins in the brain. Endorphins can improve your mood and serves as a natural painkiller for your body.Harvard Medical School states, “Exercise reduces levels of the body’s stress hormones, such as adrenaline and cortisol.” This means that exercise is not only good for your physical health, but it can also improve your mental health.

Any fans of the original 1986 film will, more likely than not, love this film. The cinematography is breathtaking. film, at least in my opinion, is a decent film, “Maverick” is far beyond anything I could have imagined. Upon hearing about this film, I was very indifferent and thought it was only going to be a lackluster sequel that nobody asked for. My mind was changed upon reading the extremely positive reviews and actually watching the film. This film has no right to be as good as it actually is. I was blown away. The action, the special effects, acting and soundtrack are absolutely stellar.Itwas also great to hear Kenny Loggins’s “Danger Zone” again.

The film follows a classic passing-the-torch type of narrative in which Maverick (Cruise) instructs a new group of pilots in the TOPGUN program. One of the pilots is Bradley “Rooster” Bradshaw, the son of his best friend and fellow pilot Goose, who died in the first film, an event that Maverick blames himself for. This is one of the many aspects of the sequel that I love – where the heart of the film is.
