Depart from downtown Camden and enter into the heart of West Penobscot Bay. On our most popular tour, you will circumnavigate Curtis Island and its working lighthouse, paddle alongside cruising yachts and historic schooners, and take in beautiful views of the Camden Hills and the islands of the bay. Your guide will teach you about the local history and ecology of the area while pointing out wildlife in the water and the air.

2-Hour Guided Tour - Kayaks, paddles, and PFDs are provided Tours depart twice daily, 10am and 1pm, June through September

HARBOR TO HARBOR KAYAK TOUR

A phenomenal half-day paddle, this trip will follow the rocky coastline of West Penobscot Bay as you travel between two of Maine’s classic harbors - Camden and Rockport. You will take in beautiful views of the Camden Hills and the islands of the bay while your guide teaches you about the local history and ecology of the area while pointing out wildlife in the water and the air. Regardless of your itinerary, you will enjoy a gourmet picnic lunch along the way!

4-Hour Guided Tour with Lunch - Kayaks, paddles, and PFDs are provided 9am-1pm, Thursdays & Saturdays

ROCKPORT TO CAMDEN E-BIKE TOUR

On this tour, you will meet at our flagship store in Rockport, ME. Size up on our fully charged E-bikes and set off on the trip. Starting off on back roads, you will be linked to view a variety of different bodies of water, mountains, and picturesque locations. Trips can be fully personalized to the group, and we can also do longer private custom trips as well.

$75 per person (minimum age is 16)

The U.S. National Toboggan Championships is the only organized wooden toboggan race in the country and possibly the world. Sleds race down the 400 ft. chute onto the frozen Hosmer Pond every year in February.

The mountain bike trails on Ragged Mountain are fantastic - there’s also a pump track. Public access to the pond is easily accessible for launching small boats (no engines, please) and the mini dock provides a place to take a swim. Come fall, you won’t want to miss the foliage, which is also incredible from the chairlift rides offered every Sunday during October.
