You have 45 seconds to look at the text below. Then you have 45 seconds to read it aloud. A new report on the future of travel shows that there will be a big increase in “do-it-yourself” travel – that means that travelers will organize their trips themselves. They will use social media sites, forums, and online communities in the way that travelers in the past used a travel agent. Travel agencies will not disappear, but the way they communicate with their customers will change. For example, they will allow mobile transactions or transactions through social media sites.
