RDC COACH
SUMMARY:
This role is a part-time position to coach within our gifted & talented Regional Development Centre (RDC) programme, for those with coaching experience within a football environment.
ROLES &
To coach gifted & talented players between the age of U7-U16, at a
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Regional Development Centre on a Monday and/or Friday evening. To follow a 30-week training syllabus as set by the RDC Manager. To work closely with the RDC Manager to identify top-performing players suitable for promotion into the Club's Academy/Shadow Academy. To complete reports twice per season giving RDC player's feedback on their performance. To attend 6 CPD events per season, in order to continually improve the quality of RDC delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Within this role, you will be managed by the RDC manager.
It is desirable that coaches within the RDC programme have their UEFA B-License and Youth Module Award. It is essential that any candidate has their FA Level 2 coaching badge and coaching experience within youth football.
PAY & HOURS OF WORK:
Pay is competitive. You will be required to work on Monday and/or Friday evenings.
