Football Development Manager

FOOTBALL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER SUMMARY:

This role entails management of all football development outside of the Academy structure, including the Regional Development Centres (RDC), Futsal & Goalkeeper programmes.

ROLES &

• To oversee the quality of the Football Development programmes, and

RESPONSIBILITIES:

ensure that they effectively meet the development requirements of the Football Operation, as defined by the Technical Board.

• To manage the RDC, Goalkeeper & Futsal lead coaches.

• To achieve/exceed the annual budget for each programme, and the whole of the Football Development department, as set by the Business Operations Manager.

• To ensure that the programmes are effectively marketed & well communicated to current and potential participants.

REPORTING LINES:

• This role is a senior position within the Business Operation, and this person will report into the Business Operations Manager.

• The RDC, Goalkeeper & Futsal lead coaches will report into the Football Development Manager.

SALARY & HOURS OF WORK:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Competitive. This role is a full-time position that will require you to work from Monday to Friday at The Cambs Glass Stadium.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a UEFA B-License and Youth Modules, with coaching experience within Youth Football.
