SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES 2026 AUSTRALIAN RESIDENTS
CAMBERWELL GRAMMAR SCHOOL (EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 2025)
A non-refundable, non-transferable application fee of $130 (inclusive of GST) for costs associated with receipting and processing the Application for Admission Entrance Fee:

A non-refundable, non-transferable entrance fee of $1,250 for costs associated with the admissions process This fee is forfeited if the enrolment is cancelled, including due to a request for deferral of enrolment and that enrolment in a later year does not eventuate.
A non-refundable confirmation fee of $3,750 will be credited against a student’s tuition fees as follows:
• For students commencing in pre-preparatory, the confirmation fee will be credited against the Term 2 tuition fees when the student commences in Prep. The fee is forfeited if the enrolment is cancelled prior to the student commencing in Prep.
• For all other students the Confirmation fee will be credited against the students Term 2 tuition fees in the year they commence. If the student does not commence, the fee will be forfeited.
This annual fee covers tuition, eBooks (if supplied by the School), printing and photocopying (capped at reasonable use) and camps A proportion of funds raised, or fees collected by the School, may be applied to the conduct of the School’s Early Learning Centre

Additional fees are charged for optional excursions, trips or overseas tours, cadets and optional private lessons, including Music or Music Academy tuition and Sports Academy coaching.
$81.00 per lesson – for individual Music and Music Academy lessons

An annual fee discount of 50% is offered for a third sibling enrolled by a family and is effective while there are three siblings enrolled at the School
Tuition Fees are levied a full term in advance and payable according to the schedule above. Accounts may be paid by credit card (Visa/MasterCard), BPAY, cheque or via arrangements made with third-party school fee assistance providers (such as Edstart**) **Camberwell Grammar does not receive commission or benefits for highlighting this service and strongly recommends that families seek independent financial advice.

Accounts overdue: Unless prior arrangements have been agreed with the Business Manager, overdue amounts will be subject to the CGS Fees, Charges and Accounts Terms & Conditions
