La Cámara de Comercio Canadiense de Guayaquil, la Escuela de los Chefs, Hilton Colon Guayaquil, y los representantes del Canadian Food and Wine Institute de Niagara College, realizaron el miércoles 26 de junio una Charla Magistral de cocina canadiense especializada para profesionales y estudiantes del área. Durante su visita a Quito y Otavalo, conocieron los principales destinos turísticos de cada ciudad. Y a la vez, se deleitaron con la exquisita gastronomía local. The Canadian Chamber of Commerce of Guayaquil, the School of Chefs, Hilton Colon Guayaquil, and the representatives of the Canadian Food and Wine Institute of Niagara College, organized on Wednesday June 26, a Master Lecture of Canadian cuisine specialized at professionals and students of the area.
