When a student or a working individual migrates to another city or a state for pursuing higher education, finding a suitable accommodation that lies in proximity to the institute and offers basic amenities is a primary concern. On-campus housing has a limited capacity & hence people prefer a PG i.e. “Paying Guest accommodations wherein a lot of compromises is to be done in terms of living conditions & PGs come with a strict set of estrictions such as timing restrictions, lack of quality food, internet connectivity & personal space. India is considered an education hub in the Asia-Pacific region. With increasing enrollments, student mobility both internationally & intra-nationally has seen a significant rise & with this, the demand for superior quality student accommodations is also rising

Study the community (i.e., Students, working individuals, etc.) that is going to occupy the place. Study and analyze the rate of intake of IT firms and college individuals that migrate to Pune. To make up for the increasing demand for housing for students. Propose a design with housing and co-working spaces for IT professionals who are doing

There are 450 residential units of varying uses-13660 m2 in total- are distributed among 15 apartment cluster blocks, each 3 stories tall, which are stacked in and are interlaced around 4 courtyards. The blocks are arranged on four main ‘superlevels with ‘peaks of 14 stories; other superlevel stacks range from level 2 to 4-5 to 7-8 to 10-11 to 13 stories to form a stepped geometry.
