According to a 2023 Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) State of the Workplace Report, both HR professionals, employers and employees ranked “providing good health care coverage” in the top five priorities for 2023. When it comes to finding talent, lack of good applicants and uncompetitive compensation were the most important challenges.
