J•Factory CrossFit involves constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements that mirror everyday activities such as squatting, pulling, pushing, etc . The workouts are safe, effective, always changing, and can be adjusted to challenge all participants . Workouts are so effective because of their emphasis on the elements of load, distance, and speed, which help participants develop high levels of power . Varied equipment is used to accomplish this including kettlebells, rowers, bikes, medicine balls, speed ropes, rings, and plyometric boxes .
Our CrossFit program will help you to achieve your fitness goals in a supportive environment whether it is improved strength, sport performance or weight loss . CrossFit is modifiable for all fitness levels and experience, no need to be intimidated! Beginners are always welcome .
