What Others Say About Us

From the Headmaster

We are extremely proud of what we achieve within our classrooms and beyond, but we also recognise that what truly matters is how others see and experience our community. Pupils and parents certainly, but also the affirmation that comes when independent voices - from our recent ISI inspectors, to respected education specialists such as The Good Schools Guide - endorse the values and standards we strive for every day. Their reflections highlight not only the quality of teaching and learning here, but also the warmth, encouragement, and values that make our school such a special place.
Best wishes,

“Manners, tradition, strength, kindness and resilience are ingrained in the boys: and by having these aims as the basis of teaching, Caldicott gives the best preparation for the next stage.”
Good Schools Guide

“Traditional, solid, rural boys’ prep or forward thinking and compassionate, on London’s doorstep school? Both - truly. Boys are chatty, articulate, polite and considerate, speaking warmly and supportively of their peers and their teachers. Fun and games abound, as do industry and hard work. A widespread wealth of opportunity and achievement.”
Talk Education

“This is a school where every aspect of delivering a rounded education to boys has been thought through, from academics, to co-curricular, to pastoral care. It’s no wonder pupils bag scholarships to top public schools, but more importantly, they leave with values and skills that will see them through life.”
