Ingredients:  8 pork chops, boneless and an inch thick  ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper  1 teaspoon pepper  2 teaspoons minced garlic  4 tablespoons olive oil  ½ cup soy sauce  ½ cup balsamic vinegar  ½ cup fresh parsley, minced  1 cup Worcestershire sauce

Cooking Instructions: 1. Get a large mixing bowl and combine the Worcestershire sauce, fresh parsley, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, pepper and cayenne pepper. Mix the ingredients thoroughly in order to evenly distribute the flavors. 2. Pour the marinade into a large re-sealable plastic bag like Ziploc. Put your pork chops into the bag and seal it. Shake it a bit to ensure that all the meat are coated properly.

3. Put your chops in the fridge and leave it there for a minimum of 8 hours. Leave it overnight to get the best results. 4. Take the pork chops out of the fridge at least 30 minutes before grilling. Drain the bag and discard the liquid. 5. Prepare your grill. Make sure that all the coals are lit up before you place the meat on the grill. 6. Cook your chops on the grill for at least 5 minutes per side. This should be done on medium heat only. Let the meat cook until the reading on your thermometer reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit. 7.
