The course is designed to cover the foundations of the Christian faith and to equip people to not only grow in their own knowledge for their own personal growth, but also to pass on what they learn by sharing it with others. Over 2020 we have seen many people new to faith go through Christianity 101 and become more confident in their ability to share the Gospel with people in their worlds. Christianity 101 has multiple benefits: • Allows people new to faith to grow in their knowledge of God and the foundations of our faith. • Equips believers to better communicate the Gospel to people in their world • Provides a platform to ask any questions
• Helps people develop their relationship with God by growing in their understanding of how to talk to God through prayer and to read His word (the bible). • Provides knowledge of next steps for the new believer by gaining an understanding of the power of water baptism and baptism of the Holy Spirit. • A great way to get to know people • It can also a great refresh for any believer, no matter how long they have been a Christian. We can never get enough of God’s word - it is so important to go over the foundations so we can teach others. Christianity 101 takes place online over the following six sessions: The Gospel, Who Is Jesus?, Talking to God, Reading the Bible, Water baptism and The Holy Spirit.
