Building up the idea
Ridley Scott, en su película Blade Runner (1982), nos muestra una visión totalmente distópica donde nos habla de la decadencia de la humanidad donde las ciudades son totalmente oscuras e inseguras, y donde el individuo se convierte en un ser privado y poco sociable. Nosotras, queremos mostrar una mirada muy diferente a la del director británico, una visión más optimista. Somos conscientes de la realidad que nos acompaña y queremos dar un paso hacia el cambio para mejorar nuestro futuro de una forma mucho más comunitaria y positiva. Apostamos por el despertar de la raza humana antes de llegar al extremo del que nos hablan estas novelas y películas de ciencia ficción, que no se alejan tanto de la realidad si reflexionas profundamente sobre ellas.
Ridley Scott, in his film Blade Runner ( 1982), shows a totally dystopian vision where he speaks of the decline of humanity where cities are totally dark and unsafe, and where the individual becomes a private self and unsociable. We, want to show a very different British director, a more optimistic view look. We understand the reality that and we want to take a step towards change for the better future of our community and a much more positive way. We believe in the awakening of the human race before reaching the end of that talk about these novels and science fiction films, which are not far from reality if you reflect deeply on them.

Crear v铆nculos entre las diferentes personas que viven y forman una comunidad, en un espacio invadido por la naturaleza.
Our goal is to find useful uninhabited spaces and create a place where a community takes the result of what you have at your fingertips and provide vital tools for self-sufficiency in a sustainable manner. Create links between the different people who live and form a community, a place overrun by nature.

Nuestra mirada Our personal perspective Cómo llevarlo a cabo Nos paseamos por Barcelona para localizar. El Raval, uno de los barrios más oscuros y sucios de la ciudad, nos recuerda al lugar donde transcurre parte de la película orígen de nuestro proyecto. Encontramos varios edificios centenarios, y no centenarios, abandonados, fachadas a las que les faltan parte de su estructura tras el paso del tiempo de abandono, otras, sin embargo quedan intactas mientras sus interiores se deterioran lentamente. Viajamos en el tiempo y llegamos al año 2114. En estos 100 años visualizamos un raval casi vacío, donde naturaleza y arquitectura conviven en un mismo espacio. Los vecinos de la zona son pocos, todos se conocen, sin embargo continúan con su ritmo de vida urbanita donde ha desaparecido la idea de comunidad. Para volver a una sociedad unida y poder llevar a cabo nuestra propuesta es necesario un edificio en el que todavía queden partes de la estructura original, un lugar que se conecte con el exterior de una forma natural y que conste de diferentes plantas y diferentes niveles, y así, poder organizar distintas actividades y reforzar los vínculos entre los vecinos de la zona.
How to carry it out We walk around Barcelona to locate . El Raval , one of the most dark and dirty city neighborhoods , where reminiscent of the film takes origin of our project. We found several ancient buildings , not ancient , abandoned facades with missing part of its structure after the time of abandonment , others however remain intact while their interiors slowly deteriorate . We time and arrived at the year 2114. In these 100 years visualize an almost empty raval , where architecture and nature coexist in the same space. The locals are few, everyone knows , however continue their pace of life where youre gone the idea of community . To return to a united and able to carry out a building in which there are still parts of the original structure , a place to connect with the outside in a natural way and consisting of different plants and different levels our proposal is necessary, and thus organize various activities and strengthen ties between the neighbors in the area.

El edificio cuenta con un sistemas de captación de aguas pluviales, las cuales, benefician a la estructura habitacional y al medio ambiente, pues tienen la capacidad de recuperar y filtrar hasta el 60% del agua de lluvia. Ésta cantidad de líquido captado, puede ser reutilizado perfectamente para uso doméstico, evitando que los torrentes de agua lleguen al desagüe provocando inundaciones y daños estructurales.
