Strength & Conditioning

l The Academy has a lead Strength and Conditioning coach whose role it is to ensure that all players develop their physical attribute to the maximum l The Academy staff can design individual training programmes to target strength and conditioning l All Academy players complete regular fitness testing across the season to monitor progression through several different physical tests.

Nutrition

l The Academy coaches advise players with regard to their diet and nutrition l Menus for each meal at the college provide a Football Academy option to help further advice on a balanced diet l Individual Academy members have their weight, height and body fat monitored in conjunction with the Sports Therapists. l The academy aims to ensure that players are the peak of their health for optimal performance on trainings and fixtures

Bespoke Programmes

The Brooke House College Football Academy can accommodate groups for short bespoke programmes on request.

Short courses give players and teams the opportunity to participate in a course designed specifically for them and their particular team needs; developing their on and off the pitch skills, participating in matches, excursions, lessons, English, cultural awareness
