• 1 can artichoke hearts • 1 can white beans

• 2 Tbsp Branch & Vine Tuscan Herb Olive Oil

• 2 Tbsp Branch & Vine Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar

• 1 Clove garlic

•1 Tbsp s.a.l.t. sisters Tuscan Farmhouse Herb Blend ground pepper

Blend all ingredients, except salt and pepper, until smooth. For more texture, add artichokes after other ingredients have been smoothly blended. Place artichokes in processer and pulse until desired texture. Add salt and pepper to tast. Drizzle Branch & Vine Olive Oil of your choice over the top.

• 1 lb. bag frozen peaches

• 1 cup Branch & Vine Peach White Balsamic Vinegar

• 1 bottle chilled Prosecco Sparkling Wine

Place half of the peaches and half balsamic vinegar in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the remaining peaches and vinegar and blend until smooth. Pour into a pitcher. Add chilled Prosecco.

Sparkling Cherry Spritzer

Chocolate Lava Cakes

Preheat the oven to 425. Spray four custard cups with baking spray and place on a baking sheet.

Rub the edge of your glass with just enough lime juice to wet the rim, then dip in pure maple sugar. Separately, in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake together 5 oz. cherry juice, 2 tbsp. maple syrup, and the juice from 1 lime. (You can add a couple of shots of vodka, too, if desired!).

Fill the cocktail glass with ice and pour the cherry cocktail in until it’s about half full, leaving room at the top for sparkling water and heart-shaped ice cubes. Garnish with fresh raspberries on a cocktail pick.

• Custard Cups

• 1 Stick Butter

• 2 oz. each of bittersweet & semisweet chocolate

• 1 1/4 C powdered sugar

• 2 eggs + 3 yolks

• 1 Tsp vanilla

• 1/2 C all-purpose flour

• Vanilla ice cream

Microwave the butter, bittersweet chocolate and semisweet chocolate in a large bowl on high until the butter is melted, about 1 minute. Whisk until the chocolate is also melted. Stir in the sugar until well blended. Whisk in the eggs and egg yolks, then add the vanilla. Stir in the flour. Divide the mixture among the custard cups.

Bake until the sides are firm and the centers are soft, about 13 minutes. Let stand 1 minute. Invert on individual plates while warm and serve with vanilla ice cream.
