Best Seafood Direct is a family operation. I work with my three sons and my wife to deliver high-quality, fresh fish, to you our customers. We pick up everything from shrimp to sea bass from local fishermen and sell to caterers, restaurants, farmers markets, and directly to customers. We take a lot of pride in being a trusted source of seafood for restaurants in and around the Atlanta area.

Sparkling Cherry Spritzer
Rub the edge of your glass with just enough lime juice to wet the rim, then dip in pure maple sugar. Separately, in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake together 5 oz. cherry juice, 2 tbsp. maple syrup, and the juice from 1 lime. (You can add a couple of shots of vodka, too, if desired!).
Fill the cocktail glass with ice and pour the cherry cocktail in until it’s about half full, leaving room at the top for sparkling water and heart-shaped ice cubes. Garnish with fresh raspberries on a cocktail pick.
Chocolate Lava Cakes
Preheat the oven to 425. Spray four custard cups with baking spray and place on a baking sheet.
Microwave the butter, bittersweet chocolate and semisweet chocolate in a large bowl on high until the butter is melted, about 1 minute. Whisk until the chocolate is also melted. Stir in the sugar until well blended. Whisk in the eggs and egg yolks, then add the vanilla. Stir in the flour. Divide the mixture among the custard cups.
Bake until the sides are firm and the centers are soft, about 13 minutes. Let stand 1 minute. Invert on individual plates while warm and serve with vanilla ice cream.
