We started our college with the vision of providing quality education to rural and urban youths. about the department
The MCA Department was established in the year 1999 with the intake of 30 students. The intake was increased to 60 students from 2001 on wards. The Master of Computer Applications (MCA) is a postgraduate program that focuses on computer applications and software development. Today, computers have become a part and parcel of all human endeavors and it is no wonder that a career in computer applications shows incomparable promise, tremendous potential and is now an out-and-out success in terms of innovation, research and an incredibly bright future. The department stands on its four pillars, the Management, the Staff, the Students and their Hard work and Discipline that pave way for a strong foundation.
This program offers an outcome based education by providing number of in-depth core, application and elective courses. We provide students with application-oriented knowledge and problem-solving skills in computers. MCA departments often collaborate with industries to ensure that their curriculum remains up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field. This helps graduates acquire skills that are relevant to current job market demands.The department has highly committed faculty members with experienced, to mould the students by imparting knowledge in latest technology. Apart from excelling in academic sphere, the faculty members are also actively pursuing research activities. Faculties of the Department are presenting research articles in various national and international conferences. All classrooms are equipped with LCD projectors and Laboratories are to impart advanced technology skills. Twenty batches of students have meritoriously passed out from the Department. The eligibility criteria for admission to Two Year MCA program is a bachelor’s degree in a related field like BCA (Computer applications), B.SC ( Computer Science) and any bachelors degree with mathematics as one of the Course in the Intermediate level is required.
