As is true with all of the Shaw females, 20022Z is backed by three generations of Hereford breeding that began in 1946. • 20022Z is the first daughter of the Shaw herd sire, Schu-Lar Red Bull 18X, to be offered. Her sire posts impressive individual ratios of WW 121, YW 114, RE 116 and IMF 109 and average progeny ratios of 83@100.6 for BW and 33@102.9 for WW. We feel his worth will be truly known once these first daughters reach production. The dam of 20022Z posts impressive progeny ultrasound ratios of RE 1@107 and IMF 1@124 and descends from one of the most productive cow lines in the Shaw herd. One daughter and one granddaughter were in our 2009 and 2011 Denver Champion Pen of Heifers. We have very successfully showed many of her daughters with six of her calves in our Denver pens. One daughter and one granddaughter have sold in the Mile High Sale to Pete Loehr.
