HI , A 21 YEAR OLD architecture student from chennai AND KEEN TO LEARN , WHO’S passionate on creating space which deals with funtionality and aestHetics , also considering the environment and not compromising on sustainability factor. PERSONALLY BELIEVES THAT GREAT DESIGN IS AN AMALGAMATION OF PASSION , SENSITIVITY , HARD AND SMART WORK . DRIVEN BY SOUND OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN SPACES AND CONCEPT VISUALIZATION , I STRIVE TO GAIN KNOWLEDGE AND BE A PART OF CHALLENGING AND ENGAGING NEW EXPERIENCE .

The Home remains the most significant architectural place we experience throughout our lives. Home represents safety, ownership, privacy, and stability. Historically, the home has been a place of permanence. Despite how chaotic our lives are, we cherish the consistency of sleeping in the same bed and performing the same everyday rituals here. Yet, new trends in digitalization and global ization continue to reshape realms of everyday life and alter our physical environments, including our homes. It is important to examine how we adapt our living spaces to these shifts.

For this semester , we have to design a residence based on client needs and requirement , a 3bhk residence with 2 individuval office spaces

FLOOR

Demand for residential properties has surged due to increased urbanization and rising household income. In fact, the metropolitan cities are expecting around 80 percent of residents to be living in apartments by 2030. With this demand for apartment living grow-ing, the design of this popular housing choice and its potential to improve livability is more crucial than ever

For this semester design, we were required to design a small apartment de sign of stilt + 5, comprising of 15 apartments with 2BHK and 3BHK units with adequate car parks and other requirements as per the local building guidelines.

Architecture and Fashion are fields that have many similarities; both are affected by the time culture, society, technology and materials, and both architects and fashion designers are trying to create extremely inventive and original designs that are influenced by theory, philosophy, and techniques. This semester will focus on designing learning spaces that foster creativity, interaction and serve as a platform for education, research and training. The aim of the studio is to design a campus for Fashion Design Education that meets all the needs and aspirations of the Fashion Industry today.

A global pandemic is in full effect. People are losing lives, the econ omy is on the verge of a global recession, and every business is facing uncertainty. Most of us are stressed & uncertain about lies ahead. In these hard times we need the full capacity of our brain to make decisions, come up with new ideas & most importantly to stay calm. People have started to understand the impor tance of mental health along with their physical well being. Hence health retreats and wellness cen tres are being opened in many places. To design a wellness re treat in the proposed site in Goa
