Program Overview
The Butler University online Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership (BSOL) is our first Adult Degree Completion program. We designed the online BSOL as a bridge for individuals with either associate’s degrees or 60 college credits ready to take the next step in their academic careers and earn a bachelor’s in as few as two years.
Developed in collaboration with employers, our program is focused on the critical skills you need to advance your career and prepare for leadership positions: human skills, business enablers, and digital building blocks.

Admission Requirements
All applicants to the Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership program must possess either an associate’s degree or a minimum of 60 credit hours from an accredited institution.
Organizational Leadership Capstone
As part of the online BSOL’s final session, the capstone course is inspired by the program’s learning outcomes and reflections of your experiences with practical application through our Integrated Community Requirement (ICR). It synthesizes your knowledge, values, skills, ability, and behavior, giving you an opportunity to create a highly customizable asset to add to your portfolio.
