(RMS) provides preventive, proactive, pre-scheduled maintenance services to homeowners by caring for all the major systems (plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and building exterior) through their monthly subscription program (the RMS Concierge Home Maintenance Program.) There are several programs ranging from a single service to quarterly services. In addition, they assist with all of your handyman issues.
